As the Founder & CEO of Impact Health Equity, I blend my methodological expertise with a deep commitment to social justice. With a PhD in Maternal and Child Health (UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health) and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education, I specialize in data-driven, equity-focused solutions that drive change for historically marginalized communities.

The majority of my clients are grant-funded organizations, nonprofits, and research teams looking for a consulting partner who can bridge the gap between rigorous research and real-world impact. I enjoy collaborating with nonprofit executives and research teams to create innovative, evidence-based solutions that drive equity and improve health outcomes for historically oppressed and marginalized communities—while ensuring stakeholder needs are prioritized every step of the way.

Beyond this work, I’m a mom of three, a wife, and an adventurer. Whether we’re traveling, kayaking, or racing to swim practice, my family keeps me on my toes—and keeps me grounded in why I do this work.
